SALON POLICIES
Guarantee
1. Traditional polish is not guaranteed
2. Enhancement / Gel polish services are Only guaranteed for 72 hrs from your visit. Within this time frame, it any problem due to the technical, please get in touch with us to shedule your free repair. If you can not come back within the free repair period, please still inform us and book an appointment at your most convenient.
3. We will not be responsible for any breakage, infection or damage nails after you Leave the salon.
Tardiness
Scheduled appointments have a 15 minute grace period to allow for traffic snarls or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.
Cancellations
Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling or texting
+441932988249. Please give at least 24 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it's not always possible to give adequate notice when you can't make an appointment. However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.
Refunds
1. No cash refund will be given After you have left the salon.
2. If you have any problem concern to the service, staff..., please inform us at the till point.
3. If you paid and left the salon, we will consider that you accepted and were happy with the complete result of the service / staff.
4. No refund will be given just because you simply changed your mind.
Gift Cards
The Gift Card and its balance are valid for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Your Gift Card will cease to be valid six months from the date of purchase and you will no longer be entitled to use it.
Notes
Inform the salon if you have any allergy related to any chemical / substances. Before having any service(s)
Inform the salon immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection / reaction / condition with respect to your nails.
We will not take the any responsibilities for the loss of your personal belonging while you are having the service(s) in our salon.
